Shipping policy

PLUMBING BY TYSON, LLC ("Tysonplumb," "we," "us") ships passive cold-carry products — coolers, soft bags, ice packs, and accessories. All prices, shipping charges, and refunds are in USD.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email at support@tysonplumb.shop once your order ships, with tracking where available.

Shipping rates & free shipping

• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Orders of $55 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
• Remote areas (e.g., AK, HI, and certain international zones) may carry a surcharge shown before payment.

Delivery estimates

• Standard (US): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited (US): 2–3 business days where offered.
• International: 7–21 business days; duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can affect timing.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you at the email on file to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@tysonplumb.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.

What we ship — and don't

We ship passive cold-carry gear only. We do not sell or ship electric coolers, compressor refrigeration, gas-powered units, or any repair, installation, or on-site service.
