These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tysonplumb.shop and your purchase of products from PLUMBING BY TYSON, LLC ("Tysonplumb," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & scope

We sell passive outdoor cold-carry gear: hard and soft coolers, insulated bags and totes, reusable ice packs and cubes, ice trays, and related accessories. Tysonplumb sells passive cold-carry gear only. We do not sell electric coolers, compressor refrigeration, gas-powered units, or any installation, repair, or on-site service.

Pricing & currency

• All prices are listed and charged in USD (USD only).
• We may update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected even after an order is placed, in which case we will notify you and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in price or product information.

Cold-retention claims

Cold-retention times are objective estimates measured under controlled conditions and vary with ambient temperature, pre-chilling, ice ratio, and how often the lid is opened. Any retention figures we publish are objective estimates, not guarantees of performance in your specific conditions.

Food-contact & safety

Food-contact items (ice packs, ice cube trays, reusable cubes, bottle sleeves) are made from FDA / LFGB food-grade materials. Reusable ice packs and gel cubes are NOT food and are non-edible. Do not puncture, chew, or swallow the contents. Keep away from children and pets. If a pack is damaged or leaking, discard it — never consume the contents. Use all products in accordance with their included instructions.

Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food-contact items (ice packs, ice cube trays, reusable cubes, bottle sleeves, lunch bags) cannot be returned once opened or used. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details. Refunds are issued in USD.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, infringe our intellectual property, or use our content without permission. All site content, branding, and imagery are owned by or licensed to PLUMBING BY TYSON, LLC.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products are provided with all applicable statutory warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including spoilage of perishable contents, where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Florida shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
